Passion for the Garden Realm

Right next to Wörlitz Palace, the historic kitchen building with its glazed summer dining room shines through the trees. In the 18th century, Prince Franz still had his meals prepared there. Today you will find a restaurant in the renovated rooms – and our tourist information office. We have helpful tips and suggestions for your visit to the Garden Realm and the region. In addition to the opportunity to purchase tickets for palace visits, gondola rides, park tours and events, our store offers a wide range of literature and lovingly selected souvenirs relating to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Garden Realm of Dessau-Wörlitz.

Management

Daniela Borngräber

Daniela is the managing director of our company. She has been managing the Garden Realm of Dessau-Wörlitz tourist information office with a great deal of inspiration, motivation and prudence since 2020 and has not only built up a tailor-made range of stores, but above all a warm and capable team. She has also been able to initiate a number of other important projects at the UNESCO World Heritage Site: At the top of the list is the modernization of the large Wörlitz parking lot.

Marketing and Communications

Janin Müller

Janin is responsible for everything to do with the strategic marketing of the Garden Realm in our team. She maintains the tourist information website online and our social media presence on Instagram and Facebook – because she loves to implement creative ideas that make people want to visit. Fittingly, she is also responsible for editing our tourist magazine and presenting the Garden Realm at trade fairs and events.

Maria Wendt

Maria gives guests first-hand expert advice and insider tips for their stay. Without the Wörlitz resident, our store would also look very empty – because she also keeps a close eye on orders. She is also well known to many as the contact person for the “Spring Awakening” and “First Advent in Wörlitz” markets, which she has been coordinating with great organizational talent for several years now. Chapeau!

Thekla Hoffmann

As a travel agent, Thekla knows exactly what is needed for the perfect visit to the Garden Realm. Whether our guests have questions, there’s bookkeeping to be done in the office or organizational matters to be dealt with – every task is in the best hands with her. And we love her for always having a funny saying on her lips!

Sandra Schüler

The entire organization of the daily public park tours in Wörlitz is the responsibility of our Sandra. However, you will mainly meet her at the information desk, where she is particularly happy to advise our guests. With a great deal of cordiality, she creates an indispensable feel-good atmosphere in Wörlitz, which we and our guests greatly appreciate

Andrea is a new member of our team. Her love and passion for the Wörlitz Park and the cultural offerings in our region have lured the Hamburg native to our beautiful Garden Realm. She can now inspire our guests day after day! And we are delighted to have her in our midst with her open and relaxed personality.
