in the Garden Realm of Dessau-Wörlitz
Rich in art, rich in history, rich in beauty – that is the Garden Realm of Dessau-Wörlitz. Set against the picturesque natural backdrop of the Elbe and Mulde rivers, it was created in the 18th century as the ambitious project of a young prince. Since then, it has delighted countless visitors with its unique character as a symbol of the Enlightenment and its enchanting centerpiece – Park Wörlitz. Among them was none other than Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, who described the park with delight as “infinitely beautiful”. Do as the great poet did and visit the Garden Realm!

May just started and with it the rhododendron blossom in Wörlitz Park! They are already adding the first splashes of color to the infinitely beautiful park landscape. It starts with white, yellow and orange. The most impressive, however, is the vibrant old pink, which blooms mainly along the shady Wolf Canal and creates a very special setting for gondola rides.
